Business Analytics, Senior Manager

We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager-level analytics leader to help evolve an established Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Science organization.

This person will lead a team responsible for helping business leaders make better decisions through trusted data, scalable analytics, and stronger data products. A major part of the role will be modernizing the analytics operating model, improving the underlying data foundation, and partnering closely with Data Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

The organization is also investing heavily in AI and automation. This leader will help determine how AI, self-service, and automation can reduce manual analytics work, improve productivity, and make insights more accessible across the company.

Lead and develop a team across Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Science.

Modernize the company’s analytics and reporting ecosystem.

Improve source-of-truth data models, KPI definitions, semantic layers, and self-service capabilities.

Partner closely with Data Engineering on data architecture, quality, governance, and scalability.

Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and agentic workflows to improve analyst productivity and time to insight.

Build analytics capabilities that support leaders across Product, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business functions.

Translate complex business problems into scalable analytical solutions and data products.

Drive adoption of new tools, platforms, and operating models across the organization.

Partner with senior leadership to influence business strategy and investment decisions.

Create a culture focused on measurable business impact, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Experience leading BI, Analytics, Data Science, Decision Science, or Analytics Engineering teams.

Strong people leadership experience, ideally at the Manager or Senior Manager level.

A track record of building, modernizing, or transforming analytics capabilities.

Experience creating or improving self-service analytics, KPI frameworks, semantic layers, data marts, or source-of-truth models.

Strong understanding of modern data environments and close partnership with Data Engineering.

Experience applying AI, GenAI, LLMs, agents, or automation to analytics workflows is highly valued.

Demonstrated business impact through revenue growth, cost savings, productivity, forecasting, experimentation, operational efficiency, or faster decision-making.

Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and senior business leaders.

Strong communication skills and executive presence.

Technical credibility in areas such as SQL, Python, data modeling, experimentation, cloud data platforms, or modern analytics tooling.

Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven, or highly innovative environment is preferred.
